Orders are by default set for self-pickup at a collection point. We can also arrange delivery from our Jakarta warehouse directly to your address in Hong Kong or overseas. For details, please confirm with our team. |

When your items arrive at our Jakarta warehouse, we will perform a basic inspection, take photos, reinforce the packaging, and ship the items once you confirm. |

A courier notification will be sent once the package arrives in Hong Kong. For international customers, a tracking number will be provided. |
