Consolidation shipping in Indonesia means that you arrange to place an order from the Indonesian website on your own. The goods will first be sent to our warehouse in Jakarta, Indonesia. We will consolidate your packages and then ship them to Hong Kong, Taiwan and other parts of the world.

📌Consolidation process

⓵ Since there are still shipping restrictions for Indonesian consolidation, please be sure to consult customer service before purchasing whether the product can be shipped. Once evaluated, the warehouse address will be provided;
⓶ After the order is placed, it can be sent to the Indo Claire warehouse (remember to modify the address);
⓷ After the goods arrive at the Indo Claire warehouse, the customer service will take a photo of the package and confirm the weight with you;
⓸ After confirming that it is correct, we will arrange to collect the service fee. Our store accepts Payme/FPS/Alipay payment;
⓹ The team will unpack for free and help you reduce excess packaging volume and weight before sending out the package ✈️
⓺ On Sunday, you will receive a WhatsApp notification from the courier company, and you can go to the self-pickup point to pick up the goods. Please pick up the goods by SMS, and prepare enough cash to pay the required shipping fee.

Remark:
✅The Indonesian warehouse will charge a "warehousing service fee" of HK$150 for each consolidation **Limited time discount of HK$120**, only for consolidation of up to 3 packages, with a maximum total weight of 10 kg;
✅If the shipment exceeds 10 kilograms, a "warehousing service fee" of HK$200 will be charged. Each package must not exceed 30 kilograms, and the longest side cannot exceed 1 meter;
✅The Indonesian warehouse cuts off orders every Tuesday at noon, and arrives at the self-pickup point in Hong Kong on Sundays (subject to the notification of the courier company). The cooperative self-pickup point network covers all districts in Hong Kong, Kowloon and New Territories. Customers can choose their own delivery point, which is flexible and convenient;
✅If necessary, we can return and exchange goods on behalf of customers. For each package to be returned, our store will charge HK$60 for return and out of warehouse fees;
✅Our store has the right to reject any type of contraband, dangerous, flammable, and illegal items, and will not be liable for any losses. In order to prevent intentional persons from including prohibited items in the goods, our store will open the package and take photos as proof after receiving the goods; if suspected prohibited goods are discovered by customs or transportation companies, our store will immediately report it to the law enforcement department for strict handling, and the customer will bear all legal responsibilities. liability, the goods will be confiscated without any compensation.

✅Our store ships out every day, so you don’t have to wait for the products. Black Cat Delivery Service is delivered to your door. The price is based on the actual weight and the volumetric weight, whichever is heavier. The volumetric weight calculation formula is: length × width × height (cm) ÷ 5,000;
✅It takes about 5-7 days from the day of shipment to arrive at the customer's hands. This does not apply if flights are delayed due to natural disasters such as typhoons and earthquakes, special festivals, and other force majeure factors, or if packages are stuck in customs inspection.
✅If necessary, we can return or exchange the goods on behalf of the customer. For each package to be returned, our store will charge NT$250 for returning the goods out of the warehouse;
